The Witcher – Image: Netflix
After almost two years of waiting, we are about to set off again and follow Geralt who is now united with Ciri for Season 2. The Witcher Season 2 hits Netflix worldwide on December 17, 2021 If you plan to stay up or get up early to watch it, here's when you can watch it in your area.
While waiting for the broadcast of season 2, we invite you to discover the animated film produced by Studio Mir, released on Netflix last August. Titled The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf movie provides some additional context that will save you the hassle of Googling for season 2.
Many are also using this week to re-acquaint themselves with The Witcher season 1 which jumped into the top 10. If you don't fancy going back, Netflix (amongst others) has produced great recaps ahead of Season 2 tomorrow.
Netflix will stream the final five episodes simultaneously worldwide, but because time is relative, you'll need to know when that happens at home (because not everyone lives in Los Angeles).

Even though Netflix is pretty good at updating itself these days when it comes to airing a new season, the second season of the show might not be still available on the streaming service. The good news is that it's very simple to get Netflix to refresh to reflect changes in its library.
There are a few tricks you can do but essentially you will need to reload the Netflix app. On mobiles or versions of the Netflix app (i.e. Netflix on your Roku, Fire Stick or Smart TV), go to the help section and there is a button to reload Netflix. You can also turn your device off and on again to achieve the same effect.
Those watching Netflix on a web browser will need to refresh their cache or close the website and reopen it.
If the latest season is still not showing after refreshing the cache. Try logging in and out of Netflix.
