The decoder replaced by an application

"This revolutionary offer makes the TV decoder disappear in favor of application B.TV +, directly installed in a Samsung 4K UHD SMART TV Smart.Customers will find the services of Bouygues Telecom and will also benefit from Samsung Smart TV content, ”explains the South Korean TV manufacturer."This culture of innovation, Samsung demonstrated it in 2011 by launching the first smart TVs integrating applications, with in particular TF1 Vision then, a few years later, the first Live OTT integration of Canal +and Canalsat channels.More recently, Samsung launched OTT channels in Live 4K UHD with Canal +and RMC Sport, ”recalls the brand.Concretely, customers directly access the content offered by B.TV +with the same remote control as that of TV, without an additional decoder or connection, the B application.TV +being directly integrated into the TV.

Three screen sizes

Once the offer has been subscribed to Bouygues Telecom, the customer will be redirected to a dedicated Samsung page in order to choose the size of the Smart TV: 43, 55 and 65 inches.With this system, Bouygues Telecom responds to the challenge of connected televisions or connected boxes such as game consoles and appletv type boxes that allow users to install applications like on their smartphone (Netflix, Video Prime, Disney +, OCS, MyCanal, Molotov, etc..)).
