A few months ago, Red by SFR required its customers an increase in the prices of its packages, without the possibility of refusal.A situation that many dissatisfied customers havetened to criticize on social networks, but which ultimately seems easier to deactivate than expected.As the Univers Freebox site reports via a tweet from the @titoupinkrider user, it would be enough to contact the Loyalty Service of Red by SFR, in order to request the cancellation of the option.An approach ultimately quite simple, and which seems to have worked for many unhappy subscribers.

How to contact the loyalty service?

To cancel your option, and thus iron from 40 GB to 30 GB of 4G data per month, just go to this link, and enter your phone number.You will then be contacted later by an advisor, from whom it will be possible to claim the cancellation of your price increase.According to some testimonies that appeared on social networks, several calls are sometimes necessary in order to obtain their case, and go back to a rate of € 5 per month, against € 9 since the price increase.

A solution that works, but until when?

Although very criticized by subscribers, the rate increase of Red by SFR is nonetheless quite legal, in accordance with article L224-33 of the Consumer Code, which provides that an operator is free toModify the contractual conditions for providing a service, provided that the latter informs “the consumer in writing or on another sustainable medium available to the latter at least one month before his entry into force”.This small victory in favor of subscribers may therefore not last long.
