After multiple increases in the price of the packages, most often justified in a vague way, they are indeed several to want to be reimbursed. For several months, RED by SFR subscribers have seen the price of their package skyrocket for more or less justified reasons. In September 2020, the latter saw their bill increase by 80% in exchange for 10 GB of additional 4G. Rebelote in December: prices have increased by €3 per month for all subscribers. The icing on the cake: it is impossible to refuse these offers and, at the same time, these price increases.

The method is actually quite simple. According to Pigeon Telecom, all you have to do is call the operator's loyalty service by going to this link. Enter your phone number, and you will be contacted immediately by an SFR advisor. All that remains is to request the cancellation of the fee increases, which will take effect on your next invoice in the form of a discount.

Several users have testified to the effectiveness of this method. However, it may be necessary to renew the technique several times before entering into communication with the operator. A customer mentioned having needed to make 33 calls to obtain his cancellation. The price increase remains a legal practice, and SFR does not seem to want to go back on these measures. Nevertheless, it is now possible to oppose it.
