We have heard many leaks and rumors concerning the Samsung Galaxy S22 in recent months, but today, we will briefly turn our attention to the series of flagship phones of 2023 - the Galaxy S23.

According to the famous source of leaks @universeice - which usually provides precise information - the Galaxy S23 Ultra model will have a main 200 MP sensor in its camera, which will be "optimized for several years".

We expect the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to be equipped with a rear camera with four lenses, directed by a main 108 Mpx sensor, associated with two 12 Mpx telephoto cameras and an ultra-large 12 MP cameraFor an impressive set.

The number of megapixels

The 200 -megapixel camera sensor in question has already been unveiled by Samsung: the Isocell HP1 is in fact the first sensor in the sector to reach the 200 megapixel mark, apparently capable of taking high level photos in low lightand save 8K videos to 30 frames per second.

What is not clear is when we can see this sensor in a smartphone.The Xiaomi 12 will be revealed tomorrow, and it has been mentioned that it would be the device that would present this 200 megapixel camera, before Samsung itself.

If we do not see the sensor in the Xiaomi 12, then the wait could be long to see the sensor in the Galaxy S23 at the beginning of 2023.The Galaxy S22 should be unveiled in February 2022, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe will be presented next month.

Analysis: phones cameras keep improving

The rumor according to which the sensor of the camera isocell HP1 of 200 megapixels and 1/1.22 inch of Samsung would be integrated into the Galaxy S23 Ultra model does not come out of nowhere: people speculate on this subject for at least a month.
