This 49th edition of the ATEC ITS-France Congress was a success despite the sanitary measures, and the face-to-face nature of the event as well as the possibility of exchanging with the speakers were greatly appreciated.

Cerema was able to ensure almost all of its presentations. Cerema's expertise was mentioned several times during presentations on the evaluation and on its various areas of expertise: reserved lanes, Maas, autonomous vehicles, development of soft mobility, safety, etc.

Energy and environmental transition workshop

This workshop, organized on Tuesday January 18, had Florence Girault as rapporteur, and focused on two themes

Frédéric Gavel from Ingerop and Benoît Rossi from Emovis presented intelligent, educational transport systems for users of vehicles entering an EPZ. These systems make it possible to inform users of the conformity or otherwise of their vehicle with regard to the criteria of the ZFE and to carry out a check of compliance with the ZFE.

Véronique Hache presented the operating methods for controlling vehicle traffic authorization, by interception, by computer-assisted video reporting (VAO) or by automated control (as is the case for speed cameras today).

Charly Dedome and Eric Vigent of SCE passed on elements concerning the studies they carry out to help local authorities in their choice of alternative engines to diesel. These take into account in particular variable and territorial parameters such as the evolution of the use of buses, the variation of the cost of energy, the local energy context, the adequacy of the industrial offer and the political will. .

Florence Girault (Cerema) presented the approach to deploying charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (IRVE) and its planning through dedicated master plans (SDIRVE). These plans, created by the LOM, aim to proactively support the deployment of electric vehicles, whose sales have tripled between 2019 and 2020. Their objective is to achieve a coordinated offer between public and private project owners and consistent with the mobility policies (ZFE, mobility plan, etc.). They rely on:
