How to exercise at home while enjoying the benefits of the gym? Following an application or a video on the mobile phone is often complicated because of the small size of the screen and not sufficiently motivating to continue.

To remedy this, Union offers live or on-demand sports sessions, inspired by fitness studios: you benefit from the advice of a real coach for fun and dynamic training without the risk of injury, all protected from eyes in your living room, in front of this immersive mirror. You have the possibility to train alone or in a group to vary the pleasures and stay engaged. In addition, thanks to the mirror effect, you can correct yourself, see your movements clearly and stay focused on yourself.

The choice of activities is complete: cardio circuit, functional training, strength, boxing, dance, yoga, meditation, pilates... There's something for everyone! In addition, each “training” lasts between 10 and 40 minutes only. Something to take care of your body, let off steam, build muscle or tone up in a fun and enthusiastic way.

A personal digital coach, a multitude of exercises and courses that are constantly evolving!

Looking for motivation, a unique, fun and dynamic experience? Union is connected with a dedicated mobile application. Thus, from its launch, a library containing more than 200 live and on-demand sessions will be available at any time for fun!

More than 40 trainings will be added each week to avoid repetitions and to satisfy even the most demanding! The exercises are proposed according to the objective and the level of each user.

Five disciplines will be offered from the launch: Cardio, Yoga, Strength, Dance, Barre. Then, 4 new disciplines will be added during 2022: Pilates, Boxing, Stretch, Pre+Postnatal. The difficulty levels per discipline are 3: beginner, intermediate, expert, for zero pressure and 100% pleasure.

A design & immersive mirror, to book now!

With an aesthetic design, the Union mirror fits perfectly into any interior. With 1.40m in height and 3cm in thickness, it can be easily installed on a wall or on the floor on a stand. No accessories are needed since the mirror has speakers (for music and the coach's voice) and a front camera (for the coach to correct movements live), which is disabled by default . A camera cover is provided to all users for the protection of their privacy.

The Union mirror will be sold at 1,495€ at the public price after the reservation period. A subscription at €39 per month (without commitment) is planned, to have unlimited access to all courses (up to 6 simultaneous accounts).
